When one tries to cut their meat consumption significantly to almost nothing, they want to be creative when it comes to cooking. This is what I did over a year ago and saying it's a challenge is putting it lightly. Not experimenting with things is the quickest way to get bored and go back to your old ways. I am constantly on the look out for new and exciting meat replacements on the market and it's important that those be healthy.

Gardein carries by far and wide, the most exquisite soy derived meat replacements on the market, and I have tried quite a few. When I took my first bite of their version of Chicken strips, I was immediately hooked. In fact, it was my dinner for the next several nights. I thought, there's no way they can all be this good. I can't impress upon to you just how wrong my assumption was.
